If we had to use two words to describe our time, then it would be Speed and Innovation . It’s fantastic and wonderful to see all the changes that have affected our daily lives over the past three decades – to name a few, let’s talk about the rise of globalization, the shaping of the ‘World Wide Web ”and Smartphone.
However, the changes also pose serious challenges. Society’s expectations for performance are increasing, the pressure on the consumer is constantly increasing and the flow of information we receive is ever more virulent. Excellent training, personal agility as well as continuous training have become a necessity.
